YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Buy supplies. Pack your things.

Choose the right materials, buy what you need and follow the illustrated instructions for the items you are moving. Finish by preparing for collection.

4 stages · start where it suits you

Stage 01

Choose packing materials

Start with surfaces, edges and loose parts. Soft layers protect the finish, cardboard shields edges and wrap holds the layers together. Arrange packing help with a manager in advance if you need it.

Ready for the next stage: You know what you will pack yourself and which materials or help you still need.

Stage 02

Buy what you need

Compare dimensions and quantities before comparing prices. Product prices in the articles are indicative; check the retailer for current prices and availability.

Ready for the next stage: Your supplies fit your belongings and will be ready before moving day.

Stage 03

Pack the things you have

Choose only the instructions relevant to your belongings. You do not need to read every article. Keep fittings and loose parts together, and follow the furniture or product manufacturer’s instructions.

Ready for the next stage: Your belongings are protected, with boxes and loose parts labelled so you can find them again.

Stage 04

Get ready for collection

Measure furniture with its wrapping on too. Clear doors and stairs and agree who will carry at both addresses. Contact the manager if weight or access requires a different arrangement.

Ready for the next stage: Access, vehicle, carrying help and contact people are arranged.
