Handling and protecting furniture — from moving blankets to secure fastening.

Quality also depends on the vehicles used to transport clients’ belongings.

  • A vehicle suited to the job

The vehicle's condition and capacity must suit what is being moved.

  • A clean, tidy cargo area

Space for clients’ belongings — without clutter or loose items.

  • Secure and protected

Straps and moving blankets help protect belongings during transport.

See what clients can expect
Can I ride with the driver during transport?

It may be possible if a passenger seat is available, but we cannot guarantee that you can ride along. In a vehicle with 3 seats in total, there is room for up to 2 passengers with the driver only, 1 passenger with a driver and 1 helper, and no passengers with a driver and 2 helpers. Some vehicles have only 2 seats, and we cannot guarantee a vehicle with 3 seats. Always add your request to the booking comments, or let our manager know by phone. Check the available seats with the manager by phone or chat before the trip.

How are drivers selected?

Selection covers experience and documents as well as a review of the driver and vehicle. Before the first job, the driver is introduced to service standards, handling customer belongings and the app workflow.

What does the 4.5 out of 5 requirement mean?

4.5 out of 5 is the minimum average customer rating for a driver. It is not Teleporter's overall customer score. Ratings and feedback after jobs help us monitor quality and address problems.

What happens if a client is dissatisfied with a job?

If a client reports a problem, we review the booking details and their feedback and follow up with the relevant parties. Urgent issues during a job should be reported to support by phone; non-urgent questions can be sent as a message.

Can our company become a partner with several vehicles?

Yes. We also welcome partnerships with small and medium-sized transport and moving companies. Tell us about your vehicles, employees and operating areas so we can explore the options. The same quality standards apply regardless of company size.

What does it take to become a partner?

You can apply as an independent operator with your own van or as a transport or moving company. We review experience, vehicle and equipment, service requirements and partnership terms before a collaboration can begin. An enquiry does not guarantee approval.
