1. Scope and Acceptance of the Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data for the provision of relocation services through its Teleporter.dk mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). By using the App, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy and the processing of their personal data. If the User does not agree to this Policy, they must not use the App.
2. Personal Data Collected by the Service
2.1. The Service processes personal and confidential information that the User provides through the App, such as:
2.1.1. Exact Location
The App collects and processes the User's exact location while they are using the App, both in the active and background mode. The location data is necessary for the App to work, including the accurate determination of the user's location, the calculation of the price of the order, the calculation of the distance to the user for order distribution.

The App collects the following personal information of the User:

- Email address
- User IDs
- Address
- Phone number
The personal information is necessary for the management accounting, statistics, and quality control of the services provided by the App.

The App collects photos that the User uploads for the purpose of providing relocation services.

The App collects the User's contacts for the purpose of providing relocation services.
2.1.7. History of Actions in the App
The App collects the User's installed apps, including the details and performance data, bug reports, diagnostics, and other application data for the purpose of diagnosing and eliminating errors that have occurred.
2.1.8. Device IDs or Other Identifiers
The App collects the User's device IDs or other identifiers, including the specifications for hardware and software used, for the purpose of providing, managing, and developing the services provided by the App.
2.2. The Service does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites, to which the User can follow the links available in the App.
2.3. The Service does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and is not able to assess their legal capacity. However, the Service assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
3.1. The Service collects and processes only the personal data that is necessary for the provision of the services or execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except in cases where the law provides for mandatory storage of personal data for a period specified by law.

3.2.8. Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including the prevention and detection of fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing, and ensuring the security and confidentiality of personal data;
3.2.9. Storing and archiving personal data for the purposes of filing, protecting legal interests, and providing evidence in the event of disputes.

4.1. The Service processes personal data only with the User's consent, or when it is necessary for the provision of the services or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User.
4.2. The Service processes the User's personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Visitor statistics with Google Analytics
When you allow visitor statistics, we also store campaign labels (UTM) in this tab’s sessionStorage for up to 24 hours. This keeps the first and latest source as you move between pages and can attach the source to your support enquiry and clicks to app stores or Messenger. Withdrawing consent clears this storage. The form also works without campaign labels.

Google Tag Manager loads and controls the analytics tags. A support enquiry is measured separately from an app installation, transport or payment.

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking references or entered form text as analytics events. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled in this setup.

The GA4 property retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months, renewed on new activity. Standard aggregated reports are not subject to these deletion periods.
Google processes analytics data under its data processing terms. Recipients may include Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC and their subprocessors. Processing may occur outside the EU/EEA, including the United States. Google’s transfer information describes use of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Page interactions with Microsoft Clarity
With your separate consent, we use Microsoft Clarity for click and scroll maps and session replays. Clarity records page structure and interactions, technical browser and device information and visit events. We configure strict masking of text and form fields and do not attach a name, email address or phone number as a user identity.
After consent, Clarity may set the first-party cookie _clck for up to one year and _clsk for up to one day. Their lifetime can renew on a new visit. Clarity retains ordinary recordings for 30 days, labeled or favorited sessions for 9 months, and click and heatmap data for 9 months.
Microsoft acts as an independent controller for its processing under the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Clarity terms. For EU customers, Clarity is supplied by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Data may be processed in Microsoft Azure and transferred to Microsoft Corporation in the United States; Microsoft describes standard contractual clauses for this transfer. We signal consent for analytics storage and denial for advertising storage.
