At delivery, compare what arrived with your agreement: furniture, boxes, loose parts and placement. Tell the team immediately if something needs clarification. If you want photos of unattended delivery, arrange them with support beforehand.

The essentials, in brief.

  • Count items and locate fittings bags and other loose parts.
  • Clarify placement before the task ends.
  • Photos can be arranged but are not automatically a full goods inspection.

01 · Contents

Look for the small parts too

A table may have arrived while its legs, shelves or fittings are in a separate package. Use a simple list or collection photos to find everything.

When buying from a seller, you must agree what the purchase includes. The driver cannot guarantee sealed-box contents or determine whether the seller supplied every part of your purchase.

02 · Placement

Has the booked task been completed?

Kerbside delivery does not automatically include carrying indoors. If you booked indoor carrying, show where items should go before the team starts.

On local per-minute jobs, time stops when the agreed task is finished. If you want extra rearranging, check whether time and suitable people are available.

03 · Without a recipient

Arrange documentation before the journey

Unattended delivery can be agreed with support using clear access and placement instructions. Ask beforehand for the team to take photos and send them via support.

Teleporter does not normally require a signature for the handover itself. Photos provide practical documentation but may not show every side of an item or all packaged contents.

04 · If anything is unclear

Contact support with specific details

If you find a missing part or visible damage, describe exactly what you found and contact support with the order number and relevant photos. Keep information about what was collected from the seller too.

This checklist does not establish insurance coverage, liability allocation or claim deadlines. Those questions depend on the applicable terms and individual case.

Ready for moving day?

One final review.

  • Compare furniture and boxes with the list.
  • Locate shelves, legs and fittings.
  • Check agreed placement and access.
  • Document questions and send them to support.
