YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

A new office. One shared plan.

Plan workstations, archives and access with a clear overview. Assign responsibilities, prepare belongings and arrange transport and receiving.

4 stages · start where it suits you

Stage 01

Assign a coordinator and plan

Give one contact person an overview of inventory, addresses and times. Agree who decides placement at the new office and when the premises are accessible.

Ready for the next stage: There is a contact person, an inventory overview and an agreed time window.

Stage 02

Prepare equipment and archives

Label boxes and equipment by workstation or room. Your company arranges IT shutdown and protection of data. Agree special packing or handling with the manager in advance.

Ready for the next stage: Equipment and archives are packed and labelled, and IT responsibilities are clear.

Stage 03

Arrange timing and access

Check loading access, lifts, parking and entry at both offices. If work needs to take place outside normal hours, have the manager confirm availability.

Ready for the next stage: The team can access the agreed addresses at the agreed times.

Stage 04

Receive and place belongings

Have a room and workstation plan ready for receiving. Show the team where belongings should go. Your company handles IT setup and further office organisation unless additional work has been separately agreed.

Ready for the next stage: A recipient can direct placement and take over the remaining setup.
