Teleporter can move a small office with furniture, packed equipment and archives. Arrange safe packing yourselves or book packing help with support. Disclose valuable, sensitive or heavy equipment so support can help choose a suitable crew.

The essentials, in brief.

  • Label boxes and equipment by workstation and destination room.
  • Arrange access and a contact authorised to make decisions.
  • Transport does not automatically include IT setup or special data services.

01 · Workstations

Pack for where items will end up

Give each workstation a number or name and use it on monitor packaging, accessory boxes and furniture. Also label boxes with the new room.

Keep cables and small parts together so they do not get mixed between workstations. Your IT staff should plan shutdown, disconnection and restart; a transport booking is not an IT installation agreement.

02 · Equipment and archives

Describe items needing special handling

A floor-standing copier or server unit may need a different plan from a desk. Send photos, dimensions, known weight and access details.

For important equipment or archives, support can help plan packaging and a suitable crew. Do not put confidential document details in the transport comment; describe handling needs. Agree any special requirements separately.

03 · Access

A locked goods lift can delay the whole team

Clarify access at both addresses, including lifts, reception, gates and lawful parking. Arrange a contact who can open and decide where items go.

Make a simple placement plan for the new office. This reduces the need to move the same desk repeatedly while the team waits for a decision.

04 · Time and documents

Packing and carrying count as working time

On a local move, per-minute billing continues through agreed packing, transport and placement. Packing help must be arranged beforehand, and agreed materials are charged according to use.

Request a receipt or company invoice by email or contact form. Ordinary bookings currently require cash payment; bank transfer and periodic invoicing need a separate business agreement.

Ready for moving day?

One final review.

  • Label workstations and new rooms.
  • Have responsible staff plan IT shutdown and packing.
  • Agree unusual equipment and any packing help.
  • Clarify access, contacts and payment.
Find a vehicle and carrying help

Have a good move — and a good start at your new address.
