Businesses can contact Teleporter about regular deliveries. For the same addresses and times, support can help organise repeated bookings. If tasks vary, you can create several upcoming trips in the app. Business terms, any discounts and invoicing require separate agreement.

The essentials, in brief.

  • Describe frequency, addresses, goods and assistance before agreeing a routine.
  • Repeated trips do not automatically create an app subscription.
  • Periodic invoicing requires a business agreement.

01 · Regular trips

The same route each time

If travelling between the same two addresses each week, give support an overview of times and scope. Support can assess how best to create and staff the bookings.

A manager may help create individual trips by agreement. A single booking does not automatically generate all future deliveries.

02 · Changing needs

Plan several different trips in advance

For varying addresses or times, create several future bookings in the app. Enter contacts and instructions for each trip rather than assuming the driver knows an earlier task.

Mention multiple recipients or any carrying indoors. The vehicle and crew must suit each individual task even when the customer is the same.

03 · Business agreement

Clarify price and payment together

For frequent jobs, discuss a separate agreement and possible discounts with support. There is no automatic business discount to assume without agreement.

A business agreement may allow bank transfer and payment of invoices for an agreed period. Without one, the current ordinary payment method applies.

04 · Changes

Appoint someone who can change the plan

Agree who in your business reports changes to times, quantities and recipients. Tell support early if a regular trip is cancelled or grows in scope.

A recurring arrangement does not itself guarantee a particular driver, vehicle or extra capacity at short notice. Have your specific requirements confirmed in the agreement.

Ready for moving day?

One final review.

  • Describe frequency, time windows and addresses.
  • Clarify goods, dimensions and carrying help.
  • Appoint a responsible contact.
  • Confirm the booking routine and payment agreement.

Have a good move — and a good start at your new address.
