Know the minimum.
Understand Teleporter’s minimum moving charge in Copenhagen: 60 minutes with a vehicle or 120 for helpers only, then the selected minute tariff.
Teleporter charges ordinary local jobs by time at the selected minute rate. The minimum is 60 minutes with a vehicle and driver, or 120 minutes for helpers without transport. This is a minimum charge, not a deadline for finishing the work or a fixed price for the whole move.

The minimum also applies when you move just one box or one piece of furniture. Small loads are welcome; there is no minimum number of items. However, a short task does not necessarily cost less than 60 minutes at your chosen vehicle and help tariff.
For example, at a driving-only van rate of DKK 9 per minute, finishing in 35 minutes gives 60 × 9 = DKK 540 including VAT. If the task takes 80 minutes, the example is 80 × 9 = DKK 720. Check the current rate for your selected service before booking.

Helpers can load a van you have rented, unload it or move furniture between floors. A helpers-only booking has a 120-minute minimum whether you choose one helper or several. The selected team’s rate determines the amount; do not use the one-person rate for a larger team.
Using an example rate of DKK 5 per minute for one helper, a 90-minute task is charged as 120 × 5 = DKK 600 including VAT. These calculations illustrate the minimum. The actual service, team size and current tariff must match what you book.

A minimum is not a fixed total price
When work lasts longer than the minimum, payment follows the recorded task time. Choosing a date or an exact arrival time does not turn an ordinary local booking into a fixed-price offer. Prepare the access and goods so avoidable waiting does not extend the task.
The examples use whole minutes and do not describe how the app rounds seconds. Intercity transport is arranged separately at an agreed fixed price with support. Check whether you need local transport or an intercity arrangement, then confirm the service and its minimum before ordering.
