YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

A few belongings. A simple moving plan.

Moving a room, student accommodation or a small home? Plan your boxes, furniture, friends’ help and the transport you actually need.

4 stages · start where it suits you

Stage 01

Define your small move

You can book for one box or a whole room move. List larger items, check furniture dimensions and confirm access and key arrangements at both addresses.

Ready for the next stage: You know the quantity, the largest items and the date.

Stage 02

Choose help and budget

Choose driver only, driver carrying help or additional helpers to suit the task. The minimum is 60 minutes with a vehicle or 120 minutes for helpers without a van. Friends can reduce working time if they can actually help at both addresses.

Ready for the next stage: The chosen help suits both the belongings and your budget.

Stage 03

Pack and prepare the addresses

Close and label boxes. Collect loose parts and clear the route. Arrange access and parking before the vehicle arrives so working time is not spent finding keys or clearing obstacles.

Ready for the next stage: Boxes are ready and both addresses are accessible.

Stage 04

Arrange collection and receiving

Make sure the driver can reach you and the recipient. If you want to ride along, arrange seating; plan separate transport if no seat is available.

Ready for the next stage: You know who will meet the vehicle and receive the belongings.
