Planning
Moving tomorrow.
Is everything ready?
Use the final day to confirm access, finish packing and clarify arrangements. Small unresolved details can become waiting time on moving day.

The day before moving, check the van and carrying help, prepare belongings and confirm access at both addresses. Have the order number, contacts and payment ready. If the scope has changed, contact support now instead of waiting until the van is outside.
The essentials, in brief.
- Check that the booking matches the actual load and help needed.
- Clarify keys, gates, lifts and lawful parking.
- Finish packing unless packing help is agreed.
01 · The booking
Does it still match your move?
Review the time, addresses, vehicle and selected carrying help. Confirm that friends helping can attend both collection and delivery.
If a large wardrobe has been added or a helper has dropped out, call support with the order number. A different van or extra people must be available; changes do not happen automatically.
02 · Belongings
Close boxes and separate what stays
Without packing help, belongings must be packed and protected. Label boxes by room, gather fittings in bags and clearly mark what is not moving.
For appliances, complete agreed preparation such as emptying, defrosting and necessary transit securing. Obtain appropriate professional help where disconnection or securing requires it; do not assume the booked team will do this without agreement.
03 · Access
Try the key and confirm who opens
Arrange access to homes, gates and any storage unit. Check contacts know the time and can answer their phones. Clarify necessary permissions for the van's lawful stopping place.
Clear carrying routes and provide necessary home protection unless otherwise agreed with support. Delays from missing access count as time during a local job.
04 · On the day
Keep essentials close
Pack keys, phone, charger and immediate essentials in a separate bag. Save the order number and contact details somewhere other than a packed computer.
Ordinary Teleporter bookings currently require cash payment to the driver. Agree who pays. The five free waiting minutes at the start are not extra packing time; once started, per-minute billing continues until the task is complete.

One final review.
- Reconfirm the booking and your helpers.
- Close boxes, gather parts and protect fragile items.
- Prepare access, parking and contacts.
- Keep keys, phone, essentials and payment out of the load.
Have a good move — and a good start at your new address.
