Planning
From the rear building.
All the way to the van.
An address does not always show how far furniture must be carried. Show the entire route through the courtyard to lawful parking.

When moving from a rear building, arrange gate access and describe the carrying route beforehand. You organise necessary permissions and lawful parking as close as possible. Teleporter has no separate long-carry surcharge on local per-minute jobs, but the extra working time is paid.
The essentials, in brief.
- Clarify gates, access permission and lawful parking before moving day.
- A long carrying route adds time, not a separate carrying fee.
- Send photos of the full route, including narrow passages and steps.
01 · Courtyard access
Can the gate open, and may the van enter?
An open gate does not itself grant permission to drive into the courtyard. Ask the building manager how the moving van may approach and whether a locked barrier or gate can open at the agreed time.
Give the driver a reachable contact and useful access instructions. Agree who opens beforehand. Do not assume the driver can find a caretaker on arrival.
02 · The carrying route
Show the route, not just the facade
A rear building may have several doors, a tight corner, cobbles or steps between home and street. Photograph the route in order, from the item's position to where the van can stop.
Highlight anything that limits trolley use or requires extra people for a heavy item. Measure narrow doorways and the furniture if unsure about clearance.
03 · Time required
Many small trips can add to the bill
Even a small move can take time when every load crosses two courtyards. Local per-minute billing continues during carrying, including delays caused by a locked gate or unprepared access.
There is no separate floor surcharge either. Stairs and distance to the van affect the job's duration instead. Any paid parking is the customer's expense.
04 · Get ready
Plan a clear, safe route
Make sure the agreed passages are usable, and tell the recipient if delivery has similar conditions. Plan for both ends of the move.
Arrange any help protecting floors or other shared areas with support beforehand. Otherwise, you must provide the necessary protection yourself.

One final review.
- Clarify access and any permissions.
- Have a contact ready for the gate or barrier.
- Check lawful parking and any parking payment.
- Send photos of courtyards, steps and narrow passages when needed.
Have a good move — and a good start at your new address.
