Learn how welcome bonuses, invitation codes and bonus payments work at Teleporter. Bonuses are used for jobs and cannot be paid out in cash.
Teleporter bonus can pay part of a job, or the whole amount if your balance is sufficient. It is not cash and cannot be withdrawn. A welcome code and a friend's invitation are alternative ways to obtain the described welcome bonus, not two bonuses that automatically stack.

01 · Welcome bonus for your first trip
Welcome bonus for your first trip
The published scheme gives new customers DKK 100 in welcome bonus through either a Messenger code or a friend's invitation code. Follow the app's instructions to activate the relevant code.
Check that the bonus is available in your account before counting it towards payment. If a code is rejected, support must investigate the account and code conditions. This guide does not create new exceptions or extra requirements for who qualifies as a new customer.
02 · When you invite a friend
When you invite a friend
Your personal invitation code is available in the app's invitation feature. Share it with a friend who wants to use the scheme. The inviter receives a bonus after the friend's first completed and paid job, not simply after a booking is created.
The confirmed scheme awards DKK 100 to the inviting customer. Do not plan payment around a bonus that has not yet appeared. Contact support with the relevant job if an expected reward is missing.
03 · Use your balance at payment
Use your balance at payment
Enable bonus under the payment method when you want to use it for a booking. The balance can cover part or all of the amount if sufficient. Bonuses do not expire under the currently confirmed service rules.
If a booking is cancelled before work starts, the bonus is not spent simply because the booking exists. A later refund request for an already paid job is a separate matter for support to review. Always check the current scheme in the app and on the website.
