How to use your bonus
on your next trip.
From bonus code to payment: see where to activate a code and choose to use your balance.
Your bonus is used in two simple steps: first activate a valid bonus code, then choose to use the available balance at payment. Here is what to check along the way.
The essentials, in brief.
- Enter the bonus code under Menu → Promo codes.
- Read and follow the terms for the specific code.
- Turn on Use bonus and check the amount before confirming.
01 · Find your code
Start with the code you received.
A bonus code may, for example, come from Messenger or a friend. Use it exactly as written and read the terms supplied with that code.
A code and a bonus balance are not the same step: first you activate a valid code, then the available balance can be used on a booking.
02 · Activate the code
Enter the code under Promo codes.
Open the app menu, choose Promo codes and enter the code. Follow the message in the app so you can see whether it was accepted and which terms apply.
If the code is not accepted, check its spelling and the supplied terms. Do not create repeated bookings solely to test it.
03 · Use the balance
Turn on Use bonus under the payment method.
When a balance is available, choose Use bonus under the payment method. On the next booking, the balance is deducted from the price according to the applicable terms.
Bonus may cover part or all of the amount, depending on the available balance and relevant conditions. Always review the displayed payment before confirming.

04 · Get help
Use the channel that fits the question.
