You do not need a car or a driving licence to use Teleporter. Book a vehicle with a driver and choose who will load and unload it. You can carry with friends, select driver assistance or book enough helpers to do the lifting without you.

Understand the difference from van rental
With rental, you arrange an authorised driver and return the vehicle under the rental agreement. With Teleporter, the booked driver handles the vehicle’s driving for your transport task. Your main decisions are vehicle size and carrying help.
Measure your largest furniture and ask support for help if you are uncertain about the load. A bed or sofa can determine the vehicle choice even when the rest is only a few bags.

Driving-only service works when you have enough people to load and unload safely. The driver is not automatically a carrying helper. Select that assistance if you expect the driver to lift with you.
If you cannot carry, explain it when arranging the team. Give support the floors, access and heavy-item details at both addresses. Friends or a seller should only be counted if they have agreed to help.
03 · Plan your own travel separately
Plan your own travel separately
Ask support about passenger space if you want to ride along. It depends on the booked vehicle and the crew already travelling in it; it is not a guaranteed place for you and several friends.
If you travel separately, have a contact ready at the destination. Avoid leaving the team at a locked door while everyone is still on the way. Waiting during the job can add paid time.
04 · Book the whole task in English
Book the whole task in English
The app is currently in English, and English-speaking support and drivers are available. Add the collection and delivery addresses, arrival time and any extra stops, with practical access instructions.
Ordinary local transport uses the selected minute tariff with a 60-minute vehicle minimum. Intercity work needs an agreed fixed quote from support. You do not need to investigate whether your foreign licence allows van rental if you are booking the driving as part of the service.
