Examples include taking a wardrobe from the ground floor upstairs, bringing boxes out of a basement or loading furniture into your rented van. The task does not need to be a complete home move. Describe the work rather than just requesting a number of people.
Carrying help does not automatically include every household task. If furniture must be dismantled or belongings packed, agree it with support first so suitable people and tools can be arranged. Do not assume these skills are included in every team.

Tell support before booking. A helper may arrive by bicycle or in their own car, so their transport between your addresses should not be taken for granted. Give both addresses and explain where loading and unloading will happen.
Support can try to arrange a team arriving in its own car that can travel onwards. A helpers-only booking does not also provide a vehicle for your furniture. You still need suitable transport for the belongings themselves.

Explain what is moving, where it starts and where it should finish. Floors, lifts, narrow doors and heavy items matter even if the distance between rooms is short. Photos and dimensions can help support understand difficult items.
Choose enough people for the heaviest item. One helper may not be able to safely carry a heavy wardrobe, even if the remaining load is only boxes. If you plan to help, that needs to be realistic for the actual lifting too.

If the task finishes in less than two hours, the 120-minute minimum still applies. When it runs longer, the price follows the task time at the selected team’s tariff. Do not calculate a larger team’s cost using the rate for one person.
Pack and clear access before arrival if you booked carrying only. Waiting for you to finish preparing or to open a room can otherwise become part of paid task time. Confirm extra packing or assembly work separately rather than adding it by assumption.
