Plan every stop.
Plan furniture collection from several sellers in Copenhagen: add addresses, coordinate pickup times, check van space and understand paid waiting time.
You can add several collection addresses to one Teleporter booking in the app. The vehicle needs room for the combined load, and the sellers’ availability must fit the route. One combined trip is an option, not a guarantee that it will always be the cheapest solution.

01 · Start with the sellers’ availability
Start with the sellers’ availability
Write down all pickup addresses and the delivery address. Ask each seller when the item will be ready and how long they can be available. A short route is not useful if the next seller cannot open until much later.
Allow time for loading, stairs and traffic. Agree how you will tell the next seller if you are delayed. Avoid promising the same exact pickup time at several addresses; the order must work in practice, not only on a map.

Collect dimensions and photos of the largest items. Several small purchases can make a large load, particularly when items cannot be stacked or dismantled. Ask support for help assessing the vehicle if you are unsure.
Choose carrying help for the most difficult stop. A table may already be outside while a sofa needs carrying down from an apartment. Describe both situations and do not assume that every seller will help lift.

Include the contact person, phone number, entrance and floor for each address. Use the comments to identify the purchase and explain access. State who will receive everything at the final address too.
A simple plan might be a table first, a sofa second and delivery home last. This is only an example: the actual order depends on seller availability, loading, access and the specific transport. Confirm the whole plan before promising collection.
04 · What counts towards the paid time?

For ordinary local jobs, work and driving between agreed addresses count until the task is finished. Vehicle bookings have a 60-minute minimum. The five free waiting minutes apply once at the start, not separately at each seller.
If the load does not fit, several trips may be an option, with time continuing on the return journey. Another van requires available capacity, a separate booking and separate payment. Contact support before relying on that solution.
05 · Can you add a stop during the trip?

Speak to the driver or support first. An extra stop depends on available space and the time before the driver’s next job. It cannot be guaranteed simply because the app allows additional addresses.
Plan as much as possible in advance. Do not confirm a new pickup to a seller as certain until the change has been agreed with the driver or support.
