Arrange Facebook Marketplace furniture collection in Copenhagen: confirm the seller, release, carrying, payment and delivery details.
Teleporter can transport furniture you have agreed to buy on Facebook Marketplace. The seller does not have to offer delivery, but you must agree the purchase, release and collection time with them. A transport booking does not reserve the listing or confirm that the seller will be home.

Confirm the exact item and what comes with it: cushions, shelves, legs and fittings can matter as much as the main piece. Ask for current photos, dimensions and the collection address before choosing a vehicle.
Request a phone number for the person who will actually open the door. Give the driver practical instructions in the app comments or through support, rather than assuming the driver can access your Marketplace conversation.

Ask whether the seller will carry and whether the item is upstairs. If you select driving only, you arrange loading and unloading yourself. Driver carrying assistance and additional helpers are different service choices.
Do not count a seller as a helper unless they have agreed. If you cannot attend, select a team that can manage the item without you and explain any difficult stairs or unusually heavy parts in advance.
03 · Keep the purchase separate from transport
Keep the purchase separate from transport
Agree condition and included parts directly with the seller and preferably pay them directly. The driver collects the agreed goods but cannot guarantee hidden condition, operation or everything inside sealed boxes.
An agreed video call can let you look at the visible item during paid task time. Arrange it with support beforehand; it is your assessment of the purchase, not a professional product inspection.

Make sure the final address is accessible and the recipient understands the selected carrying service. Another person can receive the furniture and pay for transport if you arrange this.
Local transport has a 60-minute vehicle minimum. Waiting after the initial five free minutes, carrying and the journey between addresses count towards paid time. Contact support if the seller changes the plan, especially after the driver has departed.
