You can add several addresses to a Teleporter booking and distribute belongings among different recipients. Enter every stop in the app and agree who will open and receive items at each location. Clearly separating the load helps the right things come off at the right address.

The essentials, in brief.

  • Label items with their destination, not just the owner's name.
  • Plan the stop order before loading the van.
  • Local per-minute billing continues between stops.

01 · Labelling

Make each part's destination visible

For example, use matching numbers for addresses on your list and the boxes going there. Also label loose shelves, table legs and fittings bags so they stay with the correct furniture.

Keep items that must remain at collection separate. Explain the grouping before loading so items for the first stop are not unnecessarily buried behind the rest.

02 · Recipients

Treat each stop as a separate handover

Provide a name, phone number, floor and access instructions at every delivery address. Agree where items should go and whether the recipient will help carry.

Choose help for the most demanding stop. An armchair for the ground floor and a sofa for the fourth floor can share a load but may need different carrying arrangements.

03 · Timing

Do not give every recipient the same arrival time

The journey includes driving, unloading and any carrying indoors. Update the next recipient if timing changes, and ensure contacts can answer the phone.

For ordinary local per-minute service, driving and work between agreed addresses count until the task ends. The five free waiting minutes apply once at the beginning, not at each delivery.

04 · Changes

If a recipient can no longer open

Contact the driver and support about options. Changing the stop order or adding a later return depends on time, space and the driver's next job.

Also agree who pays for the overall transport. Several recipients do not automatically mean the bill is split between them; arrange any special payment arrangement with support.

Ready for moving day?

One final review.

  • Enter all addresses in the intended order.
  • Label every item with its destination.
  • Arrange a contact and access at each stop.
  • Choose carrying help for the entire route.
  • Agree payment.
