Teleporter accepts small moves in Copenhagen, including one room, a few pieces of furniture or only boxes and suitcases. There is no minimum quantity of belongings. A booking with a vehicle and driver still has a 60-minute minimum charge.

The essentials, in brief.

  • Measure the largest furniture.
  • Choose help for both addresses.
  • Have boxes and keys ready.

01 · The largest item can decide the vehicle

The largest item can decide the vehicle

Four boxes may be easy to place, while the bed frame or desktop determines which vehicle is suitable. Measure the largest parts and check whether furniture can be dismantled before the move. Keep fittings together and labelled.

You do not need to provide a detailed inventory for every booking. If you are unsure about space, send support photos of the whole load and dimensions of bulky items. A close-up of one box will not show the actual transport need.

02 · Choose the carrying arrangement

Choose the carrying arrangement

With a friend helping at both ends, you may choose a driver without carrying assistance and load yourselves. If you need the driver to lift too, select that service. Book additional helpers if the team must manage without your lifting.

A small move is not necessarily a light move. Tell support about heavy or awkward items and difficult stairs before choosing the smallest team simply because you have relatively few things.

03 · Prepare the route from room to room

Prepare the route from room to room

Pack before arrival, clear the exit and have access to the new home ready. Give floor, lift, entrance and parking details for both addresses. Keep essentials and the keys available rather than burying them in the load.

Local minute-priced work has no separate floor or long-carry surcharge, but stairs and distance can increase the paid duration. Preparation can reduce unnecessary work without removing the minimum charge.

04 · Allow for changes in the load

Allow for changes in the load

If everything does not fit, multiple trips may be needed and the timer continues between addresses. A second vehicle is a separate booking and depends on availability; ask support before relying on one.

Choose based on the actual load and access. The number of rooms is only a starting description, not a guarantee of vehicle capacity, duration or the final bill.
