Check your room and any shared areas. Separate your property from furniture supplied with the accommodation. A lamp beside your packed boxes can easily be mistaken for part of the load if it is not marked.
Resolve uncertainty about the inventory with the landlord. Label what stays and tell the team or the person meeting it. If you cannot attend, a short clear list can help identify the items you want transported.

Agree key return and access times with the landlord so the team can enter until the belongings are out. Plan any cleaning or accommodation inspection separately; neither automatically comes with a transport booking.
If another person meets the driver, give their phone number and explain whether they only open or will also carry. Choose the booked help accordingly rather than leaving that decision for arrival.
03 · Confirm access to your next home

Ask exactly when you can enter the new address, not only which date the tenancy starts. Waiting for keys during a local move counts as paid task time after the initial allowance.
If there is a gap of several days, arrange storage yourself and plan a trip there followed by a later delivery. Teleporter provides the transport, not a storage unit or permission to leave belongings in a building.

Luggage and a few boxes need a different assessment from a mattress and a large desk. Measure the largest items and ask support about vehicle choice if you are unsure.
You can do the carrying, select driver help or book additional people. The fact that your room is furnished does not determine the service; the actual load and access do. Have payment and the destination contact arranged before the task starts.
