If the amount does not match what happened, contact support with your order number. Explain exactly which part seems wrong. Reviewing the rate and recorded time is more useful than simply comparing with an initial estimate.

The essentials, in brief.

  • Find the rate, minimum and recorded time.
  • Describe the specific discrepancy.
  • Contact support to agree any correction.

01 · Check the selected service

Check the selected service

Review vehicle type and helper count. A larger vehicle or extra assistance may have a different per-minute rate from your original idea. Also check the minimum: 60 minutes with a van and 120 minutes for helpers without a van.

An estimate based on expected duration is not a fixed quote for a local job. Compare the actual record with the work performed, not just the time you hoped it would take.

02 · Review time and separate expenses

Review time and separate expenses

Note the start, finish and any pauses. Traffic and waiting for the customer can count; company breakdowns and personal breaks are treated differently. Tell support when and why you believe the timer should have stopped.

Check paid parking, agreed materials and applied bonus separately. Keep relevant messages or receipts so support can review the basis. Share only information needed for the case.

03 · Agree a correction with support

Agree a correction with support

If still with the driver, contact support and clarify the amount before an agreed correction is recorded. If you have already paid, open a case using the contact form or email.

Any actual overpayment needs review in the individual case. This guide does not promise a refund method or processing time. Delay compensation is a separate discount or bonus scheme, not a cash refund.

Ready for moving day?

One final review.
