Teleporter can provide a receipt or invoice addressed to your employer. Ordinary bookings currently require cash payment to the driver. If the company wants to pay by bank transfer or a later invoice, arrange this with support beforehand.

The essentials, in brief.

  • Check reimbursement or direct payment.
  • Get your employer’s approval and document requirements.
  • Give support the order and company details.

01 · Ask your employer how payment works

Ask your employer how payment works

Clarify whether you should pay first and claim reimbursement or whether the company will arrange payment directly. Ask who must approve the move and what details the supporting document needs to contain.

Teleporter can document the transport and payment but does not decide your employer’s reimbursement policy. Budget limits, eligibility and internal approvals must be confirmed with the company, not assumed from a transport invoice.

02 · Identify the booker, contacts and payer

Identify the booker, contacts and payer

You can book through your account while a partner or colleague meets the team at an address. Another person can pay at completion if you have agreed this and provided the relevant contact details.

Make sure that person knows the current payment method. Card and MobilePay are not yet ordinary payment options for Teleporter transport. A company name in the comments does not automatically mean the driver should leave without collecting payment.

03 · Request the right document

Request the right document

Use the contact form or support email with the order number and the company details for the document. If the employer needs a particular reference or recipient, provide it clearly so support can help.

For reimbursement, keep track of who actually paid. Confirm the employer’s documentation requirements before the move instead of trying to reconstruct an unclear arrangement afterwards. Do not assume that every company accepts the same process.

04 · Arrange direct company billing in advance

Arrange direct company billing in advance

A separate business agreement can provide bank transfer and periodic invoicing. Discuss that arrangement with support before the job, including who approves bookings and how the company receives invoices.

Employer payment does not change an ordinary local minute-priced move into a fixed-price service. The selected vehicle, help, paid time and applicable minimum still matter unless a different relevant arrangement, such as an intercity quote, has been explicitly agreed.
