A driver phones beside a full van while the remaining boxes wait outside

Transport

The van is full.
What about the rest?

Several trips with the same van are a common solution. An extra van may also be possible but needs an available driver and separate booking.

If everything will not fit at once, the van can deliver, unload and return for the rest. Time continues throughout. Call support to explore an extra van or get help choosing a solution.

The essentials, in brief.

  • Time also continues on the return for the next load.
  • An extra van depends on availability and has its own booking.
  • Explain access and keys at both addresses before splitting the load.

01 · Several trips

One van can take more than one load

Some boxes remaining is not necessarily a problem. The driver can deliver the loaded items first and collect the rest afterwards. There may even be three trips if the scope and working schedule allow.

Under ordinary local per-minute pricing, driving, loading, unloading and return journeys between the addresses all count. The timer does not restart with new free waiting minutes for each load.

02 · An extra van

Two vans mean two bookings

Support can check whether another vehicle and any additional helpers are available. If chosen, an extra order is created in the app for the relevant addresses. Each booking has its own payment and applicable terms.

A second van is not guaranteed. Two crews are not always faster on a narrow staircase or with one lift. Let support assess whether they can actually work simultaneously.

03 · Choose a solution

Distance and access affect the choice

Short distances and space for prompt unloading can make several trips with one team practical. For longer distances or restricted access times, an extra van may be worth checking.

No solution is always cheapest. Compare expected extra driving time with the cost of a separate booking, and clarify who opens at each address along the way.

04 · Before moving day

Send more than a photo of the boxes

To reduce the chance of an extra load, send support photos of the entire volume and measurements of the largest furniture before booking. Remember the basement and attic too.

Photos help with van choice but do not guarantee everything fits in one load. Shape, packaging and safe stacking also matter.

Ready for moving day?

One final review.

  • Agree what goes on the first trip.
  • Maintain access to both addresses throughout.
  • Contact support before relying on an extra van.
  • Remember the basement, shed and attic.
