Check whether a Copenhagen–Zealand move uses local minute pricing or a separate quote. Give support both addresses instead of relying on a map radius.

The ordinary local minute-priced service covers Greater Copenhagen. A journey with one end in Copenhagen and the other up to around 50 kilometres away on Zealand may also be possible under that arrangement. Ask support to confirm addresses outside the normal city area before booking.

The essentials, in brief.

  • Send both full addresses.
  • Describe the load and any extra trips.
  • Confirm uncertain local boundaries with support.

01 · Provide both complete addresses

Provide both complete addresses

A town name alone does not determine the pricing arrangement. Give pickup, delivery, date and the size of the job. A journey from Copenhagen to another town differs from a move between two addresses outside Greater Copenhagen.

When both addresses are outside the city area, approach and return travel as well as the task itself need agreement with support. Roskilde or Køge may be possible in particular cases, but that does not promise the same arrangement for every route there.

02 · Do not draw your own guaranteed service circle

Do not draw your own guaranteed service circle

This guide does not define a precise geographical centre from which every 50-kilometre measurement creates a binding tariff boundary. A map radius cannot replace confirmation of an uncertain route.

Describe extra stops and repeated loads too. Several trips between properties may create a different task from a single collection and delivery. Support needs the intended sequence to confirm a suitable arrangement.

03 · Crossing to Sweden is a separate arrangement

Crossing to Sweden is a separate arrangement

A trip over the bridge to Malmö is not automatically local minute-priced work because the map distance looks short. Intercity and cross-border journeys require a separate fixed quote, with the relevant route expenses clarified.

Use the local calculator only for the service it describes. Ask support to confirm the price basis before departure so both sides know whether the job follows local time recording or a specific agreed quote.

04 · Keep the agreed scope current

Keep the agreed scope current

Tell support about changed addresses, extra furniture or different carrying requirements. They may affect both staffing and the price arrangement. A confirmed route does not approve every later variation.

Have contact people and access ready at both ends. Whatever the pricing model, clear details about the actual work are more useful than trying to classify the whole move solely by a municipality name.
