Describe floors, lifts, stairs, gates and legal vehicle access at each end. Explain whether you can carry or need the team to handle the whole load. The work at the destination matters as much as the driving distance.

Confirm the vehicle, number of helpers, work at each property and total price. Relevant bridge, road and ferry costs need to be clarified for the route. Packing and assembly should be agreed if required, not assumed to accompany driving.
Keep the actual arrangement and contact details together. Extra belongings, changed delivery addresses or new tasks need review by support. A fixed price applies to the described work, not unlimited changes during the journey.
